I was asked to let those who donated yesterday know that since your donations were not made directly to Reece's Rainbow, but to my Paypal account, that those donations will, unfortanately, not be tax deductable. I do hope there was not any confusion, I should have made that clear...
I also want to say how grateful Ralph and I are that so many of you took time out of your day to cheer us on, post on facebook and the yahoo group, and get the word out about our need!
To those of you who contributed...you all have a special place in our hearts, and we are grateful for your gifts of love! Thank you again, for making it possible for us to quickly bring our Tanner home to his family!

ReplyDeleteCan't believe family is extorting money from you to bring your son home! I hope he really gave you the document you need after you gave him money. Will pray hard that he sees fit to be a decent human being for a few seconds and that you are soon on your way to Tanner.
ReplyDeleteI am a fellow RR post adoption parent. Thank goodness you have your document, I am sorry to hear your FIL has done such a sad thing, I cannot understand his reasoning, but ignorance can contribute to this predjudice.
